The base order includes two travelers that keep coffee warm for up to two hours, mini creamer cups, cups, lids, sleeves, stirrers and sugar packets. Additional travelers are $25 each.
Upgrade to two coffee carafes+$25
Keep coffee hot for up to six hours. Includes a carafe of half-and-half, mini creamer cups, sugar, cups, lids, sleeves and stirrers.
We pick up the carafes the next day. Two-carafe service starts at $75 total. Confirm delivery details with your quote.

Where do you offer coffee catering?
We serve Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson, South Carolina. Share your venue address so we can confirm travel and delivery details. Events outside this area require a custom quote.
How much does the coffee camper cost?
The camper is $600 for two hours and up to 50 drinks, or $750 for two hours of unlimited drinks for up to 50 guests. Above 50 guests, prices round up in 10-person tiers through 150 guests. All guest tiers start with two hours; additional service is $50 per hour, up to four hours total. Two baristas are included for more than 50 guests. Each base price includes a $100 trailer fee. Four-hour service adds $100 to the two-hour base.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
No. Smaller gatherings are welcome at the same camper package price. The base unlimited package covers up to 50 guests, with larger tiers available through 150 guests.
What is included with the camper?
Local travel, setup and teardown, barista service, cleanup and a generator if needed are included. We’ll confirm the drink menu and event details with your quote. Beer and wine options cost extra.
Can I order coffee without booking the trailer?
Yes. Classic Hot Coffee Drop-Off is $25 per 96 oz traveler with a minimum of two ($50). Coffee + Bottled Specialty starts at $200 for 20 guests. Bottled Latte Drop-Off is $7 per bottle, with a minimum of 25 ($175). We also offer a Full Coffee Bar + Barista starting at $500.
